How does the RUT deduction work?
As a private customer in Sweden you only pay half of the labour cost. We deduct it directly on the invoice and claim the rest from the Swedish Tax Agency. All you need to give us is your personal identity number.
Do I need to be home while you clean?
No. Many customers leave a key with us. Keys are stored securely and coded, and key insurance is included.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, we bring all the supplies and equipment needed. If you prefer specific products, we are happy to use them.
What if I am not satisfied?
Let us know within 48 hours and we will come back and fix it free of charge.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the booked time.
